Orders & Delivery:

ZASSNI Organic Skincare may vary prices on website without prior notice.

Any price change will be clearly shown on this website. ZASSNI Organic Skincare will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by ZASSNI Organic Skincare as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by ZASSNI Organic Skincare to be authorised to receive the goods.

Renewals, Returns & Refunds

ZASSNI Organic Skincare believes in secure eCommerce and will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately or refund your original purchase price within seven days. No returns or refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery. Due to the hand blended and very personal nature of the line, returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. All refund applications will be carefully considered and given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Prices & Payment:

For each online order payment is generally made for: 1. the applicable price for the relevant goods; and 2. the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time. Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched unless you have approved credit facilities with ZASSNI Organic Skincare.
