We offer Complimentary shipping to all Australian packages via Australia Post, Express Post Shipping.
Orders generally ship from Melbourne, Australia on the same or next business day of your order confirmation. In some cases, please allow 1-3 business days to allow time for your products to be completed. Please allow an additional 1-4 business days freight time to your destination.
International
International packages with a product total over $250 ship Free via Australia Post or DHL Express Air Shipping depending on your destination.
We use Australia Post Express for deliveries to Russia.
International packages with a product total of under $250 ship with a flat rate of $30.
We embrace all our clients and do our very best to take care of every package. At times, shipping internationally can become a little complicated. To ensure a smooth delivery, we strongly suggest familiarising yourself with your local import policies prior to ordering as some countries have restrictions on the importation of cosmetics.

Returns.
We wish for you to be completely delighted in your ZASSNI skincare experience. If you are not satisfied with your items, please send a note within 14 days of delivery to contact@zassni.com so that we may assist you with a product selection based on your unique skin's needs or arrange for an exchange or refund so that you may discover something that you love.
We encourage you to contact us for product recommendations based upon your individual needs prior to your order.
